Senior Manager (Corporate Secretariat)

 

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the incumbent will assume the following responsibilities:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide corporate secretariat support to HKGI’s Board of Directors and Committees and senior management
  • Develop a full-year meeting plan and meeting agenda in coordination with relevant subject officers for Boards, Committees, and Working Groups
  • Ensure that Board, Committee and other senior management meetings are well organised and the minutes are timely prepared and follow up actions are delivered
  • Assist management with other corporate secretariat tasks, including drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts, coordinating with legal advisors to ensure the HKGI’s interest is well protected
  • Conduct regular reviews on the corporate governance issues and the enterprise risk management
  • Oversee the implementation of record management guidelines and arrange trainings with relevant organisation to staff
