Reporting to Head of Operations (Scientific Branch), the incumbent will assume the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the curation and analysis of genome data by working with laboratories of the partnering centres on initial findings, reviewing the results therein after correlating with clinical features; and assisting in drafting research/clinical reports
- Assist in evaluating current science and latest sequencing technologies
- Implement quality control, documentation, internal audit, and external quality assurance programmes
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and improve quality and safety standards
- Participate in research and development
- Perform any other duties assigned by senior officers
