Reporting to the Head of Operations (Scientific Branch), the incumbent will assume the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as an overall manager of the project management Unit of the Scientific Team
- Supervise and manage a small team of assistant manager and project coordinator to ensure high standards of coordination of the Genetic Counselling and Education unit’s major tasks (e.g. Ethics Advisory Committee, Hong Kong Genetic Counselling Practice Consortium, Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings, Pedigree Record, Project Recruitment Progress, Main Phase Project Management, Research Projects) and ensure project developments align with the team’s annual plan
- Oversee the tracking, management, and reporting of all operational progresses of all projects of the Unit to ensure projects are within the timeframes set out in the annual plan and strategic planning
- Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
