Manager (Finance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the annual budget and Committee papers, including consultants with various stakeholders and detailed explanatory notes
  • Compile quarterly financial reports, forecasts, summaries and Committee papers, supported by detailed analysis and relevant documentation
  • Conduct research and develop meeting materials for various taskforce initiatives
  • Prepare the annual audited financial statements and financial report, including detailed schedules, and liaise with external auditor
  • Review payment processes and cash flow forecasts and monitor budgetary control
  • Assist the procurement function in accordance with procurement guidelines
  • Manage insurance matters, including renewal, update and claims
  • Perform any other duties assigned by senior officer
