Manager (Corporate Secretariat)


Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the incumbent will assume the following responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide corporate secretariat support to HKGI’s Board of Directors and Committees
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee meeting logistics, as well as prepare agendas, papers, presentations, and minutes for Board and Committee meetings
  • Oversee a team of Executive Assistants to provide secretarial support to senior management
  • Act as the HKGI’s overall record management manager, implement appropriate guidelines and coordinate with all divisions for proper record management and file storage
  • Assist management with a wide range of administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and activities, as well as drafting announcements, communications, reports and presentations
  • Perform any other duties assigned by senior officers
